The AGM to be held in Palmerston North is going full steam ahead! You will shortly receive your AGM pack in the mail with details concerning Remits, Councilor voting, Agenda’s and the like. In the meantime, here are some details around the weekend as a whole, for your planning!

1400: Complimentary Bus trip to Cheese Tasting then return to accommodation for rest before evening events
1820: Bus departs Fitzherbert Regency and Distinction Palmerston North for Caccia Birch House
1830: Evening Events begin at Caccia Birch House (BYO Alcohol)
1900: Haggis Piped in, Dinner Service commences, Raffle drawn
2200: Bus returns to Fitzherbert Regency

We are running a raffle in the lead up to the AGM. We have had some amazing prizes donated by Sharpes Farm Feeds, Donaghys, Fiberfresh, Gallagher, and FMG to name a few! Value of raffle contents is over $1000! The Raffle will be drawn at dinner on Saturday 28 May. You do not have to be in attendance to be the lucky winner! See how to purchase tickets below.

Sorry, due to New Zealand gambling rules, only members of the Society are able to purchase raffle tickets.
